Upisao FTN - Mašinski odsek 1995. godine, diplomirao oktobra 2000. godine na smeru Automatsko upravljanje sa prosečnom ocenom 9,58 i ocenom diplomskog rada 10. Iste godine upisao postdiplomske studije na Katedri za automatiku i upravljanje sistemima FTN. Radio kao stručni saradnik i asistent-pripravnik na istoj katedri. Magistrirao u februaru 2007 sa prosekom ocena na postdiplomskim studijama 10,00. Iste godine izabran je u zvanje asistenta. Doktorsku disertaciju odbranio je 2012. godine. U zvanje docenta izabran je juna 2013. godine.
