Apstrakt

U ovom radu je u prvom delu analiziran pojam projekta, njegove glavne karakteristike i podela. Nakon toga je objašnjen pojam upravljanja projektima. Drugi deo rada se odnosi na agilne metodologije i njihovu primenu. Glavni fokus je stavljen na Skram i njegovu primenu u marketingu.
