DIZAJN, IZRADA I TESTIRANJE SENZORA SILE ZAGRIŽAJA, BAZIRANOG NA JESTIVOM HIDROGELU

Apstrakt
U radu je prikazan način izrade i testiranja senzora sile zagrižaja baziranog na jestivom hidrogelu hidroksietilceluloza+fruktoza+voda. Akcenat je stavljen na sam hidrogel, a nakon toga i na pretvarački element. Za ostatak senzora (analogno-digitalni konvertor, konekcija sa računarom, obrada podataka) korišćen je Arduino Nano Every, modifikovan sa naponskim razdelnikom
