ISTRAŽIVANJE IZAZOVA, BENEFITA I DOBRIH PRAKSI U SCRUMBAN METODOLOGIJI RAZVOJA SOFTVERA

Apstrakt
Rad predstavlja analizu Skrumban metodologije za razvoj softvera u okviru industrije informacionih tehnologija. U cilju detaljnije analize Skrumban hibridnog modela, sproveden je sistematski pregled literature. Na osnovu dobijenih rezultata sistematskog pregleda literature, analizirani su benefiti, izazovi i dobre prakse Skrum i Kanban agilnih metodologija, čijom kombinacijom je kreiran hibridni model Skrumban. U radu je predstavljen i način integracije Skrumban hibridnog modela u poslovanje kompanije Adobe.
