KLJUČNI FAKTORI ZA KUPOVINU PUTEM AMAZON PLATFORME ZA ELEKTRONSKU TRGOVINU

Apstrakt
Elektronska trgovina postaje zastupljenija širom sveta, baš iz tog razloga što pruža korisnicima pregršt pogodnosti. Prikazaćemo zašto je kompanija Amazon lider u ovoj oblasti i koji su to najbitniji faktori koji utiču na elektronsku trgovinu. Ovaj rad ima za cilj da kroz prikaz sprovedenog istraživanja istakne potrebe i nedostatke kada je u pitanju kupovina putem Amazon.com platforme na teritoriji Republike Srbije.
