The aim of the course is that students with different prior education as the foundation for the practical application of tools and techniques of modern management. Through the presentation of chapters that describe the business environment and processes in e-business, communication skills, and trends in the development of human resources, controlling and operational audits, which gives a realistic picture of the effects of business, collateral and risk reduction, menadžmeta media, then trends in financial management and education osnjove formed to operate in a complex business environment of our time.

Students will be able to detail the adoption of tools for managing business processes in a real environment, which will be the case usmravajući in the desired areas. Students gain the necessary knowledge in various areas of business, thereby acquiring the necessary breadth and ability to see the "big picture" of the situation in which the company is subject.

The structure will include items selected chapters from the development of human resources and communications, e-business, and controlling operational audit, assurance and risk management, and financial management of the media, then trends in education and business integration. Each of these areas will be addressed through examples of modern business and the latest developments in the subject area.

Classes are conducted in a combination of lectures and auditory exercises. Basic methods of knowledge transfer are case studies, analysis and simulation of real situations in real events. Modern practical examples are chosen in such a way that all characteristics of the areas in which students improve.
