ZNAČAJ INTERNOG MARKETINGA ORGANIZACIONIH JEDINICA ZA BREND MENADŽMENT PREDUZEĆA

Apstrakt

Cilj ovog rada je unapređenje brenda Fakulteta tehničkih nauka uz pomoć studentskih orgnizacija kao elementa interne stukture. U teorijskom delu rada su definisani interni marketing i interno brendiranje. U istraživačkom delu rada su opisane organizacije u kojim je sprovedeno istraživanje, kao i rezultati istraživanja. Kao problem istraživanja se javlja neprepoznavanje brenda studentskih organizacija. Na samom kraju rada je dat osvrt na teorijske osnove i odgovoreno je na glavno istraživačko pitanje: Da li su studentske organizacije dobar kanal koji utiče da se Fakultet tehničkih nauka bolje pozicionira na tržištu?
