UTICAJ PRIMENE LEAN METODOLOGIJA NA KVALITET PROIZVODA U PROIZVODNOJ INDUSTRIJI

Apstrakt

Kroz ovaj rad pružiće se osvrt na važnost primene Lean metodologije kao i njen uticaj na sam kvalitet proizvoda. Biće prikazan set Lean alata koji se koriste u današnjoj industriji kao i značaj koji ovi alati pružaju kompaniji. Takođe kroz tabelarni prikaz biće objašnjen uticaj odrađenih Lean alata kao što su: Poka-yoke, Kaizen, 5S, Vizuelna kontrola, na sam kvalitet proizvoda čime će se dati značaj na neophodnost upotrebe ovih alata u proizvodnoj industriji.
