Gaining basic knowledge about the legal principles of organizing economic activity through legal-organizational forms of companies, as well as contractual relations between economic entities in national legal frameworks and comparison with European rules of companies.

Students will be trained to understand the legal status of companies as well as contractual relationships arising in their business. The acquired knowledge can be used in further education and in a better understanding of related subjects and in similar subjects from the field of business law.
